Customer Service Dispatcher

This position is for a part-time employee, though full-time can be discussed.

The successful candidate will embrace the challenge of a growing business with the ability to assign technicians' appointments within a reasonable and timely route while exhibiting the highest level of customer service.

• Answer all phone calls with the upmost enthusiasm to create a pleasant scheduling experience.
• Manage, understand, and adapt to scheduling / tracking software, and Microsoft Excel by monitoring and overseeing the continued progress of the field technicians throughout the day.
• Be able to create, review and interpret invoices / estimates generated for field work.
• Facilitate the Operations Manager, Sales Manager and Bookkeeper in updating and maintaining certain reports / information required to navigate the objectives of the company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Minimum 1 yr of Dispatch experience in a service business with annual revenue >$1 million.
2. Minimum 1 yr of Microsoft Excel experience.
3. Ability to work On Call Rotation every 2-3 weeks.
4. Possess integrity, trustworthiness, loyalty, and dedication.
5. Possess ability to create expectations and hold oneself to the highest standards set forth by the company.
