Customer Service Dispatcher

The Costless Dispatchers are looking to add to their team. We are in search for a unique positive individual who enjoy talking to customers and solving their issues. This unique individual is someone who takes great pride in their work with a can-do attitude. A person who can take lead in a group and problem solve as a team. This position requires inputting work orders on computers, receiving & placing phone calls to customers, time management and the ability to receive emails. Being able to handle multiple tasks and work at a steady speed.

Costless is a steady paced company with an average of 40 hours every week with over time opportunities available with steady work year-round.

Job Task Include

• Answering Phones
• Logging work orders on computer.
• Scheduling and Assigning work orders
• Communicating & working in a group.
• Overseeing technicians & their time management.
• Ability to multi-task as logging customer information while they are on the line.
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Full Time Position - Rates varies on expierence and growth
• Ability to receive and process emails
• Multi-Tasking, ability to adapt to medium or fast paced
• Weekend Rotation
