MBA Supply is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service / Dispatcher to manage daily customer communication and coordinate delivery operations.

This role sits at the center of our business, ensuring customer commitments are met by coordinating truck routes, scheduling deliveries, and communicating effectively with customers, drivers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can think on their feet, and takes ownership of ensuring orders are delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order updates, and delivery scheduling.
  • Coordinate and dispatch daily truck routes and deliveries, ensuring efficient routing and on-time service.
  • Communicate with drivers to provide route details, updates, and issue resolution in real time.
  • Confirm and manage delivery appointments, special instructions, and job site requirements.
  • Monitor order status and proactively communicate delays, changes, or issues to customers and internal teams.
  • Work closely with sales, warehouse, and operations to ensure orders are accurate and ready for delivery.
  • Handle and resolve issues such as missed deliveries, damaged goods, and customer complaints.
  • Maintain accurate records in the system, including delivery notes, scheduling updates, and customer communication.
  • Assist with order entry, invoicing coordination, and general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, dispatching, logistics, or a similar role.
  • Experience in delivery scheduling, route coordination, or working with drivers is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to handle customers and drivers professionally under pressure.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using ERP systems, dispatch software, or similar tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick, practical decisions.
  • Spanish-speaking ability is a strong plus.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
