Regional Transportation Program is a non-profit organization that operates within Cumberland County, Maine, and provides transportation to the public using (mostly) large vans that can be driven with the same driver's license as a sedan. Many of our customers prefer to use our services because we are responsive to the unique needs of some groups such as: those who have disabilities, our senior citizens, and even smaller children who need to get to school safely. Our Customer Service oriented Dispatchers are the first line of contact our customers have to schedule rides, and help organize ride schedules to make sure everyone gets where they need to be on time.
