What You'll Do

Customer Support

• Answer incoming calls from homeowners
• Book service calls and schedule technician appointments
• Confirm appointments and manage daily schedules
• Follow up with customers after jobs to ensure satisfaction

Scheduling & Coordination

• Coordinate technician schedules and dispatch jobs
• Communicate job updates with technicians and customers
• Help keep the calendar running smoothly

Office & Administrative Support

• Assist with payroll processing
• Pull reports and basic office metrics
• Maintain organized job records and customer files
• Support the office with general administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Excellent phone and customer service skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills

Preferred but not required

• Experience in home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
• Dispatching or scheduling experience
• Office administration experience

Pay & Benefits

• $22–$30 per hour depending on experience
