Customer Service Driver (Vehicle Pick-Up and Delivery)

Job Description:
American Hail Company is looking for a reliable and professional Customer Service Driver to handle vehicle pickup and delivery for our customers.

This role is a key part of our operation—you’ll be the face of our company when interacting with customers at their homes, helping create a smooth, high-end experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Pick up customer vehicles from their home or workplace
• Drop off rental vehicles to customers
• Safely transport customer vehicles to and from our shop
• Communicate clearly with customers during scheduling and delivery
• Perform quick vehicle condition checks at pickup/drop-off
• Keep vehicles clean and handled with care
• Coordinate with office staff on daily routes and scheduling

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable driving all types of vehicles (trucks, SUVs, sedans)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and stay organized

Bonus (Not Required):

• Experience in delivery driving, valet, or rideshare
• Familiarity with the Dallas-Fort Worth area

• Hourly pay (based on experience)
