Customer Service & E-Commerce Coordinator
We are looking for a motivated and organized Customer Service & E-Commerce Coordinator to join our team in Bahrain.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels
- Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions
- Follow up on online orders, deliveries, and customer requests
- Manage website orders and update order statuses
- Coordinate with branches and delivery companies
- Follow up on abandoned carts and sales opportunities
- Upload products and perform basic website management tasks
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Excellent problem-solving and customer handling abilities
- Good typing speed and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Shopify, websites, and online systems
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in retail or mobile accessories is an advantage
Pay: BD160.000 - BD250.000 per hour
