Exciting Opportunity: Part-time Customer Service Evaluator in Kuwait

We are an international market research and customer experience consultancy, hiring part-time evaluators to assess service quality across venues in Kuwait

What you will do

• Visit assigned locations as a normal customer and observe service quality.
• Complete short assignments (typically around 1 hour, depending on the venue).
• Submit a clear online report after the visit.

Requirements

• Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
• Good English writing and communication (Arabic is a plus in Arabic-speaking markets).
• Ability to follow instructions and submit reports on time.
