- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for UK healthcare clients regarding all booking, scheduling, and shift fulfillment needs.
- Shift Coordination: Coordinate and manage staffing requirements for Nurses, Support Workers, and Social Care Professionals.
- Urgent Fulfillment: Efficiently and precisely handle urgent and last-minute booking requests to maintain operational continuity for clients.
- System Management: Maintain accurate, real-time updates and integrity across internal booking systems and scheduling platforms.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Recruitment Team to ensure seamless staff allocation and pipeline management to meet client demand.
- Administrative Support: Manage all confirmations, cancellations, and client communications professionally.
- Reporting: Generate essential booking reports and actively support continuous client satisfaction tracking.
