Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a customer-focused, tech-savvy Customer Service Representative with a degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicating with users, and translating technical concepts into clear, helpful guidance. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries while maintaining a high level of satisfaction. Should be good in microsoft office applications more particularly in excel.
