Job Description: Customer Service Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Respond to customer queries related to products, orders, returns, and service requests.
- Coordinate with Logistics, Sales, and Warehouse teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in ERP/CRM systems.
- Process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims as per company policies.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the concerned department for timely closure.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with management for continuous improvement.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships.
Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years of experience in Customer Service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-first attitude with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Candidate age should be under 30 years (preferred).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
