Job Description: Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Respond to customer queries related to products, orders, returns, and service requests.
  • Coordinate with Logistics, Sales, and Warehouse teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in ERP/CRM systems.
  • Process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims as per company policies.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the concerned department for timely closure.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with management for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships.

Candidate Profile

  • 2–4 years of experience in Customer Service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-first attitude with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Candidate age should be under 30 years (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
