We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will communicate professionally with customers, provide timely support across written channels, and contribute to an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries primarily through chat and email, and via phone when required.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and follow-up within agreed timelines.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM system.
- Support order processing, tracking, returns, and general service requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare basic reports using Excel to track customer cases and feedback.
- Meet performance targets including response time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate assistance.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal) is preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience working in a similar customer support or call center environment is preferred.
- Strong written communication skills, particularly in email and chat interactions.
- Basic skills in Excel and familiarity with CRM or support ticketing software.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
