Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by managing client communication, preparing quotations, maintaining reports, and coordinating order processing. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients and the sales team for quotations, proposals, and follow-ups.
  • Manage order processing, invoicing, and documentation.
  • Maintain and update sales reports, trackers, and CRM data.
  • Communicate with internal teams (accounts, logistics, and operations) to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Assist sales managers in preparing presentations and monthly sales reviews.
  • Handle client queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Business/Commerce or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a sales support role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
