Responsibilities:

  • Excellent communication skills, The candidate should be fluent in English.
  • Responsible for providing excellent customer service via telephone and Email.
  • Excellent in Drafting Emails and chats.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with the corporates and individuals.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Patience and tolerance Working under pressure.
  • Ability to learn about services and describe/explain them to prospects.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience of 1-2 Years in Customer Service, business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
