Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication skills, The candidate should be fluent in English.
- Responsible for providing excellent customer service via telephone and Email.
- Excellent in Drafting Emails and chats.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with the corporates and individuals.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Patience and tolerance Working under pressure.
- Ability to learn about services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience of 1-2 Years in Customer Service, business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
