Job Summary

ICON GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to manage customer interactions across multiple channels, including calls, emails, and live chat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with the warehouse, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from order placement to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and respond to multiple customer queries simultaneously via calls, emails, live chat, and web chat
  • Take accurate order details from customers and prepare sales orders and quotations using QuickBooks
  • Share confirmed orders and quotations with the warehouse team in the USA
  • Track orders and proactively update customers regarding order status and delivery timelines
  • Ensure timely and professional resolution of customer concerns
  • Maintain accurate customer and order records in the system
  • Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks software
  • Strong command over PC/laptop usage with speed and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Energetic, proactive, and detail-oriented personality
  • Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills
  • Willingness to work night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
