About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Executive with a minimum of 2–4 years of experience in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient coordination, healthcare administration, and delivering exceptional service in a clinical or hospital environment. This role requires professionalism, empathy, and the ability to manage sensitive patient interactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience
· Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and patient follow-ups
· Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication
· Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
· Assist with insurance verification, approvals, and billing-related queries
· Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards
· Resolve patient complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency
· Ensure adherence to clinic/hospital policies and service standards
· Support administrative and front desk operations as required
Requirements:
· Minimum 2–4 years of experience in customer service within the healthcare industry (hospital, clinic, medical center, or insurance sector)
· Strong knowledge of healthcare processes, patient management, and medical terminology
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
· Ability to handle high-pressure environments with professionalism and calmness
· Experience with healthcare management systems or CRM software is an advantage
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills
· Fluency in English is required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage (especially in UAE healthcare settings)
