Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive - (b2b -F&B Experienced only). This is not a traditional b2c front office customer service job.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a b2b Customer Service Executive. The role involves providing top-notch customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns, managing customer relationships, and ensuring satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include processing customer orders, maintaining service standards, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal and communication skills for effective engagement with clients and colleagues
• Proven experience in b2b Customer Invoicing, processing sales orders.
• Proficiency in NetSuite/CRM software is a must.
• Proven hands-on Invoicing, process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize responsibilities
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages
• Previous experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is highly desirable
