Customer Service Executive – Alfardan Properties

Job Description:

A Customer Service Executive at Alfardan Properties is responsible for providing high-end tenant support and customer care in luxury residential and commercial properties. The role focuses on client satisfaction, issue resolution, and maintaining the company’s premium service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Tenant & Customer Support

Respond to tenant inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

Assist residents with complaints, requests, and service issues

Provide information about building facilities and services

Property Coordination

Coordinate maintenance requests with technical teams

Follow up on repair and service completion

Ensure tenant issues are resolved promptly

Administration

Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions

Update CRM systems and service logs

Prepare daily/weekly service reports

Communication & Service Quality

Maintain a professional and courteous approach at all times

Ensure high customer satisfaction in luxury property environment

Liaise with security, housekeeping, and facility teams

Problem Resolution

Handle complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues

Ensure timely follow-up until resolution

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Business, Hospitality, or related field)

1–3 years experience in customer service / real estate / hospitality

Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)

Good computer skills (MS Office / CRM systems)

Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude

Experience in luxury or property management is preferred

Pay: From QAR3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
