Working Hours: 1:00 PM to 10:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain positive customer relationships by addressing concerns effectively.
• Follow provided scripts and call center protocols.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Excellent spoken English communication skills
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
• Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus
