Customer Service Executive (Entry–Mid Level)

We are hiring Customer Service Executives to support daily client interactions across phone, email, and walk-in enquiries. This role suits people who are organised, patient, and comfortable dealing with customers from different backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries professionally
  • Resolve complaints and provide accurate information
  • Maintain records in internal systems
  • Coordinate with internal departments

Requirements:

  • Strong Arabic and English communication
  • Basic computer skills
  • Customer-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Bahraini nationals preferred
