Customer Service Executive – Exports

JD & Requirements:

• 1 to 3 experience Graduate or Undergraduate from Courier or Logistics industry.
• Expert in Excel, email. Good Communication in Hindi, Marathi and English.
• Should have knowledge of export documentation and freight forwarding.
• Experience dealing with shipping lines and overseas agents. (sea and air export)
• Should able to handle quires of customer pertaining to shipments and provide updates.
• Coordinate with various parties involved in export of shipments, right from booking to final destination.
• Should be able to prepare, cheque, and submit export documentation such as BL, Invoice, Packing List, SI, COO, etc.
• Coordinate with CFS, transporters, customs brokers, and internal teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
