Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Customer Service Executive (CSE) to be the primary voice of The Visa Tales. You will be the first and most important point of contact for our new leads and current clients.

Your mission is to ensure every person who interacts with us feels heard, valued, and professionally guided. This role is critical for our growth, involving client management, lead nurturing, and proactive outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • First Point of Contact: Professionally manage all incoming inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
  • Lead Qualification: Engage with new leads to understand their visa requirements, provide initial information, and filter them based on our service criteria.
  • Consultation Management: Schedule qualified leads for detailed consultations with our senior consultants (Jeet) and RCIC (Jay).
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Maintain regular, proactive communication with all active clients, providing clear status updates on their application.
  • Address client queries and concerns with patience and empathy, managing their expectations effectively.
  • Assist clients in gathering and organizing necessary documents.
  • Proactive Outreach: In your free time, conduct follow-up calls to "cold" or past leads from our database to re-engage them and offer our consultation services.
  • Data Management: Diligently update and maintain all client information, interactions, and file status in our client management system (Airtable).

What We Are Looking For (Must-Haves)

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., customer service, tele-caller, front-desk executive, or receptionist).
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluency in Gujarati and English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Core Skills: You must be empathetic, patient, and highly organized.
  • Phone Confidence: A clear, professional, and friendly telephone manner.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers, and learning new software (we use Airtable, Notion, and Todoist).
  • Attitude: A proactive, "can-do" attitude, a willingness to learn, and strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

  • Fluency in Gujarati & Hindi. ( English is added benefit )
  • Prior experience in the visa, immigration, or overseas education industry is added advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM or client management software.

Pay: ₹9,900.00 - ₹11,900.00 per month
