Job Description

We are seeking a polite, confident, and customer-focused Female Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic, possess strong communication skills, and be able to deliver excellent customer support while maintaining a positive company image.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in Arabic and English
  • Assist customers with service requests, complaints, and follow-ups
  • Provide accurate information about company products and services
  • Maintain customer records and update systems regularly
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Represent the company professionally at all times

Requirements

  • Female candidates only
  • Fluent in Arabic (spoken & written) – Mandatory
  • Good command of English
  • Previous experience in customer service or customer care preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems)
  • Professional attitude and appearance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
