Customer Service Executive
- Day to day coordination with customers over phone / Mail.
- Need get maximum orders from customer by creating a good repo with customers.
- After receipt of order need to follow up with fleet managers / loading person for loading / releasing of vehs timely.
- If any issue then need to talk with customers to resolve the issue.
- Highlight the issue proactively with customers / internal stake holders.
- Daily tracking / DSR need to share with customers / internal stake holders.
- To get detention / additional charges approval rom customer timely via written mail.
- Need to be available on phone / mails.
- Need to update daily vehicle details in company software / customer software if any..
- Handy with mails / other systems /app.
- Good with written & verbal communication with customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,513.49 - ₹32,868.95 per month
