Customer Service Executive – No Sales, Full Support Role

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about products and services. The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Position: Call Center Executive — Client Support Role (No Sales Targets)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound client calls in a professional manner
  • Provide accurate information and resolve client queries
  • Deliver high-quality customer support and service
  • Maintain proper call records and follow-up notes
  • Coordinate with internal teams when needed
  • Ensure a positive client experience on every interaction
