Customer Service Executive – Port Operations (Omani Nationals Only)

Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to support daily client coordination and operational activities related to port operations. The candidate will serve as a point of contact for customers and assist in ensuring smooth communication and service support.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work in a professional environment.
This position is open only to Omani Nationals based in Salalah.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and direct interaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments and operational teams.
- Maintain records of customer requests and operational updates.
- Prepare basic reports and update operational information in the system.
- Assist customers with documentation and service-related inquiries.
- Ensure professional and timely communication with clients.
- Support administrative and operational tasks assigned by management.
- Follow company procedures and service standards.
RequirementsExperience
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, logistics, or similar roles will be an advantage.

Skills Required
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Basic IT and computer skills (MS Office, Email, Data Entry).
