Position Available: Customer Service Executive (Sales) - Female

Employment Location: Remote | Online | Work from Home | Onsite (for those interested in office based job same position is also available at Karachi offices in DHA, Gulshan e Iqbal and North Nazimabad).

Office Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Online Timings: 11 AM - 8 PM (Morning Shift), 2 PM - 11 PM (Afternoon Shift)

Online Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM (Morning Shift), 2 PM - 11 PM (Afternoon Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound or cold calls to the leads
• Guiding the leads about our service (see website for our different services)
• Convincing the leads and converting them into clients.
• Achieve assigned calls targets
• Achieve sales targets
• Achieve performance metrics

Requirements:

• Females Only
• Inter or Bachelor or Master’s degree
• 2+ years of experience in a call center, tele sales, sales, marketing, counseling, consultancy, insurance, public dealing doing sales.
• Must have experience of doing sales
• Relevant training or certification in the call center / sales / marketing
• Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Ability to convince people and guide them properly.
• Ability to handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
• Very sharp mind and sales mindset.
