Customer Service Executive (UAE NATIONAL)

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (UAE NATIONAL ONLY)

Customer Service Executive required urgently for one of the reputed department store in Sharjah.

• Should have minimum 2 years of experience in retail in UAE.
• Greet and direct customers
• Manage product return
• Manage and respond to online and social media queries
• Keep customers informed about the latest promotion and discounts
• Listen to customer feedback and to resolve the issue in a professional manner
• Good command over both Arabic & English language (read, write & speak)
• Arabic speaking candidates will be preferred
