Customer Service Expert

Award-winning men's formalwear store seeks a friendly self-starter for a permanent customer service position. Our company prides itself on its expert customer service, so if you love working with people, please send your 1) resume, 2) hours of availability and 3) a cover letter telling us why you think you're the right person for this job. We will train you: Don't worry if you don't have specific experience in men's fashion; we are more interested in your work ethic, your ability to take and retain instruction, your communication skills, and your problem-solving skills.

Duties: Help customers choose formalwear for special events (weddings, proms, etc), take measurements for suits/tuxes, etc. Includes cleaning and clerical work. Most of the time, you are either helping someone select their formalwear for a special occasion or you are cleaning/restocking inventory. Sewing skills are a plus, but not required.
