Customer Service/ front desk- hybrid

Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat across multiple channels.
  • Provide comprehensive customer support by troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and offering solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Engage in outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote new products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through detailed data entry in our CRM system.
  • Assist with client services by processing transactions, handling cash or electronic payments, and ensuring accuracy in all dealings.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with diverse customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently and share best practices for superior service delivery.

Requirements

  • Multilingual abilities are highly valued; fluency in English is essential, along with proficiency in additional languages preferred.
  • Prior experience in call center environments or customer support roles is advantageous.
  • Strong sales aptitude with the ability to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services.
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with active listening capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data entry and documentation.
  • Experience with outbound calling campaigns and call center operations is a plus.
  • Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Typing speed and accuracy are important for efficient data entry tasks.
