Customer Service / Graphic Design

We are an established full-service print, design, and marketing franchise company. We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer / Print Production Specialist to join our team at our location in The Colony, TX. Below is a list of the preferred skills applicable to the position as well as a breakdown of day-to-day responsibilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite applications (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat).
• Experience with the following Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong design skills, color theory, typography.
• Prepress knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency in phone, email, and face to face interaction with clients.
• Knowledge of print related products.
• Time management and prioritization skills.
• Responsibility and strong attention to detail.
• Experience in order taking and customer communication.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate directly with clients via email and by phone to facilitate print production and design orders.
• Create Work orders, Quotes and process Invoices for client projects using our proprietary software, which you will be trained on.
• Communicate directly with our in-house print production and bindery team.
• Follow up with clients or customers regarding proofs and other project inquiries.
• Ensure that customers are satisfied with products or services.
• Educate clients about additional products, services, and ways we can help them market their business.
• Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s questions.
• Escalate queries and concerns to the business owner.
• Assist with the production of printed materials and finishing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
