Customer Service / High-Level Phone Sales Representative - NO COLD CALLING

Advanced Pressure and Gutter Cleaning is a leading home service company in Marietta, GA, providing gutter cleaning, repair, pressure washing, and drainage solutions to homeowners and property managers throughout Metro Atlanta. We are seeking a skilled and professional Customer Service / Phone Sales Representative to join our in-office team.

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will excel in a high-volume phone environment, managing inbound and outbound calls, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities are essential. ** NO COLD CALLING

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
• Schedule and confirm service appointments accurately
• Follow up with leads and past customers to secure bookings
• Provide clear and accurate information on services and scheduling
• Coordinate with field teams to support timely service delivery

Qualifications:

• Exceptional phone communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable managing heavy call volumes in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Previous experience in customer service or phone sales preferred
• Must be able to work on-site in Marietta, GA

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturday availability
• Daytime hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
