Customer Service & Insides Sales Rep

Kryger Glass is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Sioux City Market. We are an auto glass installation and distribution company with locations throughout the Midwest.

This is a full-time hourly position in a very busy service center that includes benefits & paid leave.

We are looking for a long-term employee that can build a relationship with our clients, work in a fast paced environment and can handle the fast pace while working with a sense of urgency.

Hours are M-F; 8 AM - 5 pm.

Salary is $17-$18/hour, depending on experience.

We also offer a casual working environment. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following:

• Talks with customers by phone or in person and receives orders
• Determine charges for parts requested
• Accounts Receivable duties
• Adjusts complaints concerning billing or service rendered
• Other duties may be assigned
