Customer Service Sales Representative
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Customer Service Sales Representative to join the team of one of our independent franchises. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and actively promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries, issues, and follow-ups in a professional manner.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns quickly, efficiently, and with high quality, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Provide personalized solutions based on customer needs, applying upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize sales.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, including inquiries, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with the team to manage complex cases and escalate issues when necessary.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and data protection regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bilingual English-Spanish preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, sales, or telemarketing preferred.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred, ideally in insurance with a 2-20 or 4-40 license.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
- Professional, dynamic, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Reliable transportation required.
