Customer Service Laundry Associate

Rossmore Laundry is a family business located in Jamaica Plain for over sixty years. Our customers keep coming back to our laundromat because of our friendly staff that keeps the store clean and welcoming. We are looking for reliable, customer focused attendants to join our team and help to make sure our customers have a great experience doing their laundry.

Available shifts: Thursday morning, Saturday morning. Approximately 10-12 hours, more hours will become available soon, possibly up to 25 hours per week.

Weekly pay

Job Description:

- Sweeping, mopping, wiping down machines, removing trash to keep the store clean
- Restocking supplies
- Assisting customers
- Work alongside other employees

Requirements of the job are as follows:

- Ability to lift 30+ pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (Spanish is not required but is helpful)

The ideal candidate is outgoing, friendly, and has experience in retail, customer service, or janitorial/cleaning positions. We have openings available immediately.
