Customer Service Management Trainee

This is a home office work position. Employees will be required to have high speed and reliable internet connection (paid by employee but provided for in compensation), a quiet and private office with a professional background to work from, and be based in the contiguous 48 states.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring each client feels valued and heard
  • Conduct occasional Virtual Meetings (ZOOM) with clients and partners to provide updates on programs and processes.
  • Assist in handling outbound calling campaigns to promote products and services while maintaining professional phone etiquette
  • Support sales efforts by identifying client needs and offering tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Enter and manage data accurately using Microsoft Office tools and other computer systems to track interactions and client information
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues efficiently, demonstrating excellent communication skills and analysis abilities
  • Participate in training sessions focused on client services, call center operations, and effective communication techniques
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards of service quality by adhering to company policies and procedures

Skills

  • Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English plus additional languages is a strong advantage
  • Strong sales aptitude with a passion for building lasting client relationships
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • 3 + years working in a Remote Office environment
  • Bilingual proficiency enhances communication with diverse customer bases
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on active listening and problem-solving
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; comfortable with data entry and typing tasks
  • Effective phone etiquette and outbound calling experience within a call center environment preferred
  • Good analysis skills for understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
  • Basic cash handling knowledge is a plus; ability to manage transactions accurately
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for success in this role

Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
