Customer Service Manager

We are looking for Customer Service Manager to strengthen our amazing Türkiye team


The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management of the customer service process


Responsibilities


To plan, implement and increase customer service activities and performance in accordance with Lindström values and operational instructions by


  • Manage a team of customer service team (Customer Service Representatives and Account Representatives)
  • Customer Service operations in accordance with the Corporate Operations Manual
  • Customer Service / Care activities including receivables (payment collection from all clients on regular basis)
  • Follow-up and analysis of the operational targets and results
  • Annual planning / Additional Sales
  • Implementation of E-Lindstrom at the customer site
  • Uploading of records in related Customer service software


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • Min 2 years experience in Customer Service Management and process management
  • Service Industry experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Data interpretation and Analytical skills
  • Advance skills in MS office with excel and word
  • Advanced English language skills
