Customer Service Manager

Bob McCloskey Insurance are leaders in student and sports insurance administration since 1975.

We administer student plans for private and public schools as well as colleges; sports plans for schools, colleges, youth sports leagues, amateur sports teams, fraternal orgs., camps (day camps and sports camps) and coverage for complete programs such as recreation programs, CYO and PAL.

BMI is currently looking for motivated and enthusiastic individual to lead a team of about 20 customer service representatives.

General Purpose of Role

Oversee the daily operations of the customer service department, and managing a team of customer service reps in successfully achieving company initiatives.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Hiring, onboarding and training call center staff
  • Oversee daily operations of 20+ employee department
  • Coach call center staff
  • Ensure high quality customer service
  • Analyze call center data and prepare monthly reports
  • Schedule staff to ensure sufficient coverage
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure resource support
  • Drive performance to meet organizational goals

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Managerial Experience
  • Insurance experience a plus

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
