Job Summary

Duties
- Supervise daily store operations, including managing staff schedules and shift assignments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead and motivate team members through effective training, coaching, and performance management to achieve sales targets and service goals.
- Oversee customer interactions, resolving issues promptly while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage inventory control, purchasing, and merchandising to optimize product availability and presentation.
- Handle administrative tasks such as payroll support (time cards & time off requests), updating work orders, ordering parts, processing warranty jobs for approval and payment and cash handling with accuracy and integrity.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones, including promotional activities and community outreach.
- Conduct interviews and participate in recruiting efforts to build a skilled and motivated team aligned with company values.
Requirements
- Proven management experience in retail or automotive service environments with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively across diverse functions such as sales management, customer service, and inventory control.
- Demonstrated proficiency in retail math, POS systems, pricing strategies, and cash handling procedures.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base.
- Experience with employee orientation, training & development programs, and team management is essential.
- Knowledge of budgeting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and inventory management practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
