Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service and Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is a hybrid role for someone who enjoys front-facing customer service, and a mix of marketing and sales-support tasks to support a growing business. You will be the first point of contact for most of our clients and the engine that keeps our back-office and lead generation running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service & Reception
· The "Face" of the Brand: Manage the physical reception desk, warmly welcoming walk-ins and visitors to our showroom.
· Communication: Professionally handle general phone inquiries, return voicemails, and manage lead follow-ups to ensure no lead goes cold.
· Calendar Management: Field incoming requests and accurately schedule appointments in our CRM system.
2. Marketing & Lead Generation
· General: Assist in marketing functions and processes, in coordination with CEO and other outside marketing partners
· Digital Ads: Help monitor and improve existing campaigns (Google and Meta)
· Community Engagement: Actively post and respond to inquiries within local Facebook and online Groups to build brand presence.
· Email Marketing: Execute email campaigns to keep our database engaged.
· Content Creation: Assist in creating or acquiring new digital media content , including photos, videos, etc.
· Outreach: Proactively generate new leads through social media outreach and strategic cold calling.
3. Office Administration & Support
· Data Management: Maintain and update internal Job and Lead trackers, CRM data, and other metrics to ensure project accuracy
· Office Support: Assist with administration items as needed, including invoicing, ordering supplies, and record-keeping.
Qualifications:
· Experience: 2+ years in an office administrative, receptionist, customer service, or marketing support role.
· Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Google Workspace, MS Office suite, Social media, and basic CRM/Invoicing software.
· Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on Customer Service
· Multi-Tasking: Ability to pivot from detailed data entry to creative social media posting without missing a beat.
· Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Louisville area and community is a plus.
