Customer Service & Marketing Support Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Service & Marketing Support Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, providing exceptional customer support while actively assisting with marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and professional customer service via phone, email, and online channels in an accurate and efficient manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, create quotes, process orders using Odoo and Shopify, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Create newsletters, promotional materials, and marketing content.
  • Design and update marketing assets using Adobe Illustrator and Canva.
  • Support outreach efforts to schools, educators, and educational organizations.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communications through Privy.
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions, orders, and outreach activities through our Odoo ERP system.
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Canva
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Privy/Klaviyo
  • Experience with an ERP and/or CRM system, such as Odoo.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with a goal of accuracy and quality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Adobe Illustrator

  • Odoo
  • Shopify
  • Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

Preferred - General

  • Experience creating newsletters or email marketing campaigns
  • Interest in education, literacy, or publishing
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles
