Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Officer located in Riyadh. The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing exceptional customer support. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer communications, resolving issues promptly, and enhancing the overall customer experience by providing personalized service and support.


Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Experience capabilities
  • Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service practices
  • Proven ability to achieve high levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the finance or microfinance industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
