Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service Officer to handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a service-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person communication
• Provide accurate information about company services and processes
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain customer records and update information in company systems
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer requests
• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards
• Prepare basic reports related to customer interactions and feedback
• Ensure a positive and professional customer experience at all times

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience in customer service or a related role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications
• Arabic and English language proficiency preferred
