Customer Service Officer

Education
Bachelor’s degree.
Skills
- Strong communication skills. - Active listening and problem-solving abilities. - Effective time management. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - SAP knowledge (preferred). - Good command of both spoken and written English.
Experience
From 0 to 3 years of experience, with prior call center background required.
