Customer Service Officer (Barwa Real Estate)

Barwa Real Estate Company is one of Qatar’s largest real estate developers, founded in 2005. Focus: residential, commercial, mixed-use, and property management projects

A Customer Service Officer in Barwa acts as the main point of contact for tenants, clients, and property users, ensuring smooth communication and high customer satisfaction across residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins

Provide accurate information about properties, leasing, and services

Maintain and update CRM/customer records

Resolve complaints and service requests efficiently

Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors or relevant departments

Follow up with clients to ensure issues are fully resolved

Coordinate with internal teams (maintenance, leasing, admin)

Requirements & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree (any field)

Minimum 1+ year experience in customer service (real estate preferred)

Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)

Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Pay: From QAR6,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
