Customer Service Officer cum Accountant
Job Description:
- Maintain company records, files, and financial documents.
- Perform data entry and update accounting systems and databases.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and petty cash reports.
- Handle account reconciliations and assist in preparing financial summaries.
- Coordinate client documentation and compliance submissions.
- Follow up with clients for required information and payments.
- Support PRO tasks and external documentation when required.
- Complete and process basic bank and business forms.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and Free Zone authorities.
- Manage correspondence, schedule meetings, and update company records.
- Post updates on company social media platforms.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration.
- 1–3 years of experience in back office and accounting roles.
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software is a advantage
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

The position is based in Dubai, UAE, with a salary range of AED 2,500 per month.
