Customer Service Officer (Email Team / East)

Location: Chai Chee (East)
Pay: $12/hour
Duration: 8 Dec 2025 - 5 Jun 2026 (6 months)
Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday (45-minute unpaid break)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming email enquiries.

• Refer to FAQs and draft accurate replies.

• Work in a multilingual email team.

Requirements:

• Minimum O-Level or Higher Nitec with 2 years of customer experience.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Must be eager to learn and have a strong passion for customer service.
