Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate must be Arabic-speaking, fluent in English, and able to communicate effectively with blue-collar workers as well as management-level staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages from customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring follow-up and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, operations, and logistics to address customer concerns.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards at all times.
Requirements:
- fluency in English (both verbal and written).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deal professionally with blue-collar employees.
- Proficiency in customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative support is an advantage.
