Job Summary:

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate must be Arabic-speaking, fluent in English, and able to communicate effectively with blue-collar workers as well as management-level staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages from customers.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring follow-up and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, operations, and logistics to address customer concerns.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards at all times.

Requirements:

  • fluency in English (both verbal and written).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deal professionally with blue-collar employees.
  • Proficiency in customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative support is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
