Customer Service & Operations Assistant

K&D CONTRACTING is growing, and we are looking for a motivated, organized, and energetic person to join our team as a Customer Service & Operations Assistant.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, solving problems, and being part of a fast-paced construction and outdoor living company.

You will play an important role supporting daily office operations, customer communication, scheduling, and administrative coordination across multiple departments including our pool construction and pool service operations.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls, texts, and emails
• Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
• Support office operations and administrative tasks
• Communicate with customers regarding projects and services
• Coordinate with customers, technicians and office staff
• Create and update work orders and job information
• Assist with customer follow-up and service coordination
• Help maintain organization and communication across departments
• Support daily operational needs as the company grows

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and professional communication
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
