Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and excellent customer service.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding needs and delivering customised solutions.
- Prepare accurate costings, budgets & proposals for client requirements.
- Manage vendor negotiations, contracts, and coordination for seamless execution.
- Oversee smooth handover from sales to execution and ensure project delivery as per timelines.
- Resolve client issues/escalations effectively and maintain a high satisfaction rate.
- Support on-ground event operations including logistics, manpower, and quality control.
- Prepare post-event reports and feedback analysis for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the Events & Exhibitions industry (Client Servicing + Operations).
- Strong expertise in costing, budgeting, vendor management & client handling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation & problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/events under strict deadlines.
- Proven record of client satisfaction, retention & event delivery.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
